Can I archive or unarchive orders?
Yes. Archived orders remain accessible on your Order Summary. If an order is archived, a yellow alert banner will appear—click Unarchive to restore it.
Why was my label voided or rejected?
This usually occurs if the address is invalid, the service is unavailable for the route, or billing information is incomplete. Update the order and try again. If the issue persists, please reach out to our support.
Can I reuse packaging when shipping with Deliveri?
Yes. You can use your own packaging for most services. For USPS Flat Rate or UPS Simple Rate, you must use approved boxes.
How does billing work for shipping labels?
Deliveri bills your card at the moment of label creation. If a carrier later applies adjustments (e.g., weight, dimensions), those charges will appear in your Transaction History.
What payment methods does Deliveri accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards through Stripe. Your card is charged immediately for label purchases and any future adjustments.
Can I connect my Shopify or other e-commerce platform?
Yes. Deliveri integrates with major platforms. Shopify is currently in beta, with more platforms coming soon. You can also upload manual orders anytime.
What happens if my package is lost or damaged?
All labels come with standard carrier liability, and you can purchase optional insurance during label creation for additional protection. File a claim through Deliveri and our team will guide you through the process.
Does Deliveri support international shipping?
Yes. Deliveri supports full international shipping, including customs forms, HS codes, landed cost estimates, and global tracking visibility.
What should I do if I entered the wrong address?
If the label has not been used, simply void the label and create a new one with the correct address. If the package is already in transit, contact support—we’ll help you request an intercept when possible.

How do I verify my email and business information?
Deliveri will automatically send a verification email when you sign up. Business verification is completed during onboarding and may require confirmation of your business name and shipping address.
What information do I need to complete onboarding?
You’ll need basic business details, shipping origin information, and a valid payment method. Providing accurate package dimensions and product data helps ensure smooth shipping later.
How do I set up my Deliveri account?
Create an account at ondeliveri.com, verify your email, complete the onboarding steps, and add your business and billing information. Once onboarding is complete, you can begin creating labels.

How do I change the packaging type for an order?
On the Order Summary page, edit your package details and select your packaging type—parcel, or poly mailer —before creating the label.
How do I resend a receipt or download my transaction history?
Visit the Billing → Transaction History page. You can download receipts, view charges, and see the details of each order and adjustment.
How do I file a claim if my shipment is lost or damaged?
If you purchased insurance or the carrier provides liability coverage, go to Support → File a Claim and submit the order number, tracking number, and documentation. Our team will assist you through the claim process.
How do I track my shipments?
Every label includes a tracking number linked directly to Deliveri. Visit the Shipment Tracking page or your dashboard to view real-time updates.
How do I schedule a courier pickup?
Go to your Order Summary page and click Schedule Pickup. Choose a date, select your pickup location, and confirm. USPS pickups are free; UPS may charge a fee depending on your service.
